Initial Consultation
The initial consultation will take place in your home with one of our Project Managers. At the 1-2 hour meeting, you
will discuss your wish list, objectives and desired investment range.
Planning
It's time to start planning, designing and selecting. You will work closely with architects, engineers and designers to create your dream concept.
Scheduling
You will receive a final, guaranteed quote. Once the quote is approved and the deposit is collected, we will proceed to
material selection and scheduling.
Progress
The transformation has begun. You will be kept fully informed of our progress with our weekly construction updates.
Final Inspection
You will do a final inspection with the Project Manager. He/she will go over all completed work and answer all of your
questions.
Warranty
We stand behind our work, and therefore, we offer a 5-year comprehensive warranty. We will warranty anything that we
supply and install. We also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy, we will redo it at no cost.
